Ingredients

Thanksgiving Margarita
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz orange liqueur
  • 1.5 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz apple cider
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • 1 Ice
  • 1 Cinnamon sugar for the rim
  • 1 Fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig for garnish

Method

Rim and build the glass
  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip the rim in cinnamon sugar so it coats evenly.
  2. Fill the glass with ice to chill it before shaking.
Shake and serve
  1. Shake blanco tequila, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, apple cider, fresh lime juice, and maple syrup with ice for 15 seconds to fully combine.
  2. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass so it pours over the ice cleanly.
  3. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig, then serve immediately.

Notes

For the cleanest rim, keep the cinnamon sugar dry so it sticks instead of dissolving. Store any leftover mixture covered in the fridge up to 24 hours, then shake again with fresh ice—best served immediately after shaking. For a dairy-free option, keep the recipe as written; for lower sugar, reduce maple syrup to 1/4 oz and add more cranberry juice to balance.
